The Day of Archaeology is a project started in 2011, aimed at giving the public a look inside the world of archaeology and what an archaeologist does during a typical day of work. Professionals, students, or anyone involved with archaeology in alternative capacities can write about their day’s work on Friday 26th, 2013 and contribute to the collection of articles. We decided to give a write up of our day’s work at Poggio Civitate, the final research project for our 2013 archaeological field season. If you’d like to read our article, you can check it out at the Day of Archaeology website or on our Facebook page. Be sure to share with your friends and let us know what you think!
