With Arch Aerial’s preconstruction surveys, there is the ability of improving the amount of site planning that can be achieved. Arch Aerial’s preconstruction surveys offer visual (i.e. orthomosaic maps) and digital elevation deliverables. From the visual map, which is georeferenced and built to scale, proper planning can be achieved based on the actual physical attributes of the construction area. No longer is there the need to base these plans off rudimentary 3D models. Second, the digital elevation models can be imported as dense topographic point clouds and contour maps. This data paired with CAD software can be used to determine everything from cut and fill measurements to water flow analysis.

Furthermore, Arch Aerial has years of experience operating drones commercially. Arch Aerial manages the whole process from collecting the data in the field, processing the data in-house, to delivering the data to our customers in the matter of three to five days.
