Arch Aerial works directly with Billy Renard, the Vice President of Sales at Pavers Supply Company, to increase the accuracy of Pavers Supply Company’s stockpile inventory measurements. Since March 2016, Arch Aerial has worked closely with Mr. Renard and Pavers Supply Company operations managers to evaluate and improve their overall inventory management process. After the proof of concept stage, Mr. Renard commented that, “now that we are into the process, it has cut my time by 25% and I believe it will only increase as our relationship gets stronger” and that when it comes to end of year reporting requirements, audits, and taxes, Arch Aerial has “truly showed to save us tremendous time and money.”
In addition to providing Mr. Renard and Pavers Supply Company with monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year inventory reports, Arch Aerial provides spot check surveys to Pavers Supply Company has a need for a specific material to be measured. Mr. Renard comments, “what we have found as a company is in numerous spot checks, with known amounts in the test piles, the figures had a variation of less than 1% of the true amounts.”
Arch Aerial provides active customer service and is quick to respond to Pavers Supply Company’s needs. Mr. Renard notes, “we as a company have had a very close working relationship with Arch Aerial, they have been very helpful in moving us and our business into the technology of volume calculations” and that “our confidence level of how we enter a project, based on our sitting inventory, is hands above of where we were when we entered into a relationship with Arch Aerial.”
